Metallurgical crane refer to relying on the longitudinal movement along the track direction of the workshop, the lateral movement of the trolley and the lifting movement of the hook to carry out work. There are a lot of iron oxide characteristics in the steelmaking workshop. The circuit boards of the monitoring equipment must be protected against dust, and each incoming hole must be strictly sealed to prevent short circuits on the circuit boards.

The proportion of molten steel for each batch of ladle mixed steel in the metallurgical workshop is fixed. The weight error of 180 tons must be within the range of two tons. At this time, the operator needs a particularly accurate height to avoid walking while hanging the steel ladle. The steel ladle hangs on the ground during the cart, causing a safety accident.

The infrared imaging and automatic fire extinguishing system of the electrical cabinet solves the major safety hazard that cannot be detected in time when the electrical cabinet of the crane catches fire under high temperature conditions.
