RTG rubber tire gantry crane is composed of gantry, lifting trolley, crane traveling mechanism, cab and electric control system. The gantry is a box-shaped structure, the main beam is a double beam with inclined rails, and the outriggers are U-shaped.
The machine adopts U-shaped gantry, and its outriggers have large clearance (nearly 7 meters). It is suitable for heavy and bulky cargo and container loading and unloading operations, frequent high-level operations, A5~A8. The self-weight is 5-500 tons, the span is 18-35 meters, the main beam can be designed with cantilever or no cantilever, and the ends of the two main beams are connected to the end beams to meet high-level requirements.
