Single girder crane has two modes of operation on the ground and in the air. Reasons for single girder crane shaking:
1. The transmission parts produce wear gaps. For example, the gears of the gear coupling, the gears of the reducer and their joint keys are loose, and the gap between the connecting bolts and the holes of the drive shaft is worn out.
2. The wheel binding key is loose.
3. A certain wheel does not turn well. Because the backing plate fixing the wheel bearing seat is not correct, the bearing is not clamped flexibly, and the wheel stops first when parking.
4. The braking torque of the brakes on both sides of the separately driven cranes is inconsistent. When parking, one brake wheel has stopped, and the other is still rotating.
Due to the twisting of the crane, the wheels on both sides rotate accordingly, so that the transmission parts of the crane are subjected to repeated impacts many times, and the wear of joint parts such as accelerated gears and keys (a basic type of component failure). Serious torsion also has the danger of twisting the drive shaft (the drive shaft consists of: shaft tube, telescopic sleeve and universal joint).
